Shipping/Handling Policy

Please make sure you review the details of your order before completion. Items are shipped exactly how they are presented and processed. Orders are shipped within two business days, provided the items are in stock and no problems in the billing process.


For smooth transaction, please make sure you use a valid shipping address. Otherwise, your item will be delivered to the wrong address. We will not be held responsible for postal issues due to an error in shipping address.


To CANCEL or ALTER your order, please contact us ASAP! We will try to make changes if contact is made within 2 business days.


All items are shipped on ground shipping method which will take 5-7 business days to arrive. For faster delivery please contact us, shipping prices may vary.
Note: Free shipping items may take longer to arrive.

My item arrived damaged!

 

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route.  

 

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and contact us within 2 days if there is an issue. To process a damage claim, photos will be required of both the item and shipping container and can be sent directly [email protected] along with a description and your order number.

 

Make sure to keep all of the original packing material.

 

Can I get a refund?

Jaleis has a NO REFUND Policy. We do however grant exchanges or store credit.

WE SHIP ALL ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL. WE SHIP TO SECONDARY ADDRESSES ONLY AFTER FURTHER VERIFICATION HAS BEEN DONE.

Please allow 5- 7 Business days for standard shipping in the U.S.

Remember Next day shipping is not guaranteed, but we will make our best efforts to have all confirmed purchases shipped on the same day they are placed, if the order is received before 1pm EST. Unfortunately on 30 Thursday Next Day Service is NOT Available.

We do NOT ship/process on Saturdays. ANY Items Purchased After 1pm EST on Friday Will ship/process On The Next Business Day.

Over night service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Express service is not available for Saturday delivery. Cutoff time for allexpress service is 1PM EST - if you purchase before 12:00pm EST, we will make every attempt to process your order on the same business day, and you should receive your item(s) within 3-5 days after placing your order.

If your item(s) is NOT a pre-order item, and you have not received it within 10 days please contact usas soon as possible so that we can track your order.

Any item that is shipped and returned will be held for 30 days. All Unclaimed Deliveries Will Be Added Back To Our Inventory After 30 Days.
